The National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL), a federation of state associations representing 2500 assisted living residences nationwide, announced a strategic partnership with My InnerView to develop a national database on resident, family, and employee satisfaction levels.  My InnerView, an applied research and data management firm, has designed satisfaction questionnaires for assisted living providers and regularly conducts focus groups to validate its surveys.  NCAL, “Leading Assisted Living Association Proclaims Satisfaction Measurement is the Foundation of Quality Care” (News Release, Feb. 4, 2008).
