On December 26, 2007, Texas-based Capital Senior Living Corporation announced a definitive agreement to acquire Hearthstone Senior Care’s 32 assisted living facility leases.  The acquisition, which will be completed in the second quarter of 2008, will increase the number of communities managed by Capital Senior Living Corporation from 64 to 96.  “Capital Senior Living Corporation Announces Agreement to Acquire 32 Senior Housing Leases.”
