(07/09) Second assisted living facility in Iowa plans to drop state licensure
After 14 months of operation, the Jefferson Point Assisted Living Center in North Liberty, Iowa, built with more than $7 million in state-approved tax credits and grants, announced plans to drop its state licensure as an assisted living facility and to continue operations as seniors housing, with home care services provided to residents by a home health agency.
